Retro Modern Bathrooms

The comforting simplicity of modernism blended together with the flair of unexpected finishes make for two distinctly unique bathrooms in this family home.

We envisioned this ensuite reno to have an upscaled yet retro vibe that is pulled through in the finishes and fixtures. The black and white accents such as the large checkerboard tiles, the free-standing tub, and the lighting pop against the subtle pink vanities; playing with light and dark tones.

The stub wall for the walk-in shower provides views to the outside and truly utilizes natural light, making the space feel large and airy.

Brass accents were selected for the ensuite and the lower-level bathroom to connect the spaces and complement the surrounding finishes.
