New Puppy Survival Guide

If you follow me on my socials, you'll know that our family recently welcomed a new bundle of joy (no, not a baby), a sweet Golden Doodle puppy named Harley Quinn.

Although she is not a baby, she sure feels like one! While we love her more than anything, having a new puppy around certainly is no walk in the park (pun intended).

Puppies are a lot of work, but so so worth it. So whether you're planning on getting one, or currently have one, here's some things I LOVE that you can get for your new pup.

GRAND DOG - Doggy Moggy Beef

There seems to be a great debate over what to feed the new member of the family. After hours of research and I mean hours, we settled on RAW for Harley. You also better believe Todd priced the crap out of it and it ends up be $30.00 more then kibble for a large bread dog. There are tons of reason why raw is a good choice but I will let you spend hours researching it too. I will say though we say a change in her poops (smaller and less frequent) right away. She in fuller way longer (not a slave to bowl) and she loves her fish time out side, which is a hyper puppy win for me :)

What we use: Grand Dog - (The link below will get you 10% off your first order).

We use Doggy Moggy Beef Veggie Raw Food 40 lb Box - 1 lb/0.45 kg × 1

CUZYO - Dog Rope

What we use: CUZYO Strong 5 FT Reflective Dog Rope Leash with Padded Handle

Why we love it: This leash has been great for training. Sturdy and short. Plus it worked great for our first hike with the attached portable bowl!

KIRKLAND - Slope Couch

What we use: The good old Kirkland Dog bed. Several recommended this bed. WOW are dog beds expensive. This was by for the best priced one out there. Again we needed a bigger one for a “large breed” because apparently that's what I have.

DOG TRAINER - Zak George

What we use: Zak. We have probably watched every video he has made. So far everything he has talked about has helped us train Harley. We have a long way to go but this has been an amazing start.

Why we love it: He covers everything!!!!! He starts from the first night to the dreaded biting, he covers it all.
